About the Role

Dwelleo is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This role is central to the company's commercial expansion strategy, focusing on identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive long-term growth. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with developers, brokerage agencies, and other key stakeholders in the real estate sector to secure high-value collaborations and property listings.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans aligned with quarterly and annual growth objectives.
  • Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), forecast opportunities, and support budget and planning activities.
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with key real estate developers and brokerage agencies.
  • Secure exclusive listings and strategic collaborations to significantly expand business volume.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Foster partner engagement to ensure high retention rates and continuous growth.
  • Lead negotiations for large-scale partnership agreements, including developer collaborations and exclusive agency agreements.
  • Effectively convert strategic opportunities into long-term, revenue-generating partnerships.
  • Continuously monitor real estate market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the Saudi market.
  • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support critical business decision-making.
  • Contribute to overall business growth by acquiring high-value partnerships.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new partners and projects.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and customer experience teams to ensure effective partner onboarding and ongoing relationship success.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or relationship management.
  • Significant experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of success, particularly in the Saudi real estate market.
  • Established and valuable network within the Saudi real estate industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, nurture, and manage strategic partnerships.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly motivated, strategic thinker with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
