Role Overview: Business Development Manager

ABS International is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is critical for supporting the growth of our Riyadh office and strengthening our presence within the Saudi market. The manager will focus on identifying new opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and expanding the firm's portfolio across architecture, engineering design, and project management services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business and project opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, developers, semi-government and government entities, and key decision-makers.
• Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, and strategic opportunities within the sector.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective projects.
• Coordinate with leadership and technical teams on proposals and client engagements.
• Represent ABS International in meetings, presentations, and industry events.
• Contribute to expanding the firm's presence and market share in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree; an Engineering or Architecture background is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in business development.
• Experience within architecture, engineering consultancy, project management, development, or construction sectors.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market.
• Established relationships with clients, developers, government entities, and industry stakeholders are highly preferred.
• Self-driven, professional, and results-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Work Type and Location
