Role Overview

Easy World is seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on driving business growth, generating leads, and expanding market share for networking, automation, and industrial solutions. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and close deals to contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automation, industrial, and technology sectors in Saudi Arabia.
• Generate leads through direct outreach, networking events, cold calling, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored automation solutions.
• Research industry trends and market conditions to identify growth areas and customer needs.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify new revenue opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide ongoing post-sale support.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional services or products to existing clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotional materials.
• Participate in trade shows, industry conferences, and events.
• Track and report pipeline performance, lead generation progress, and market feedback to senior management.
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery.
• Travel within the GCC region will be required.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Automation, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a focus on the distribution of automation, networking, and communication products.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
• Substantial experience in the industrial data communication and automation sector.
• Previous experience in leading and managing a business development or sales team.
• Experience contributing to strategic business plans and initiatives.
• Proven ability to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
• Deep understanding of automation solutions, communication technologies, and industry trends.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s industrial sectors, including manufacturing, energy, logistics, and retail.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring regular interaction with clients and internal teams. The role involves travel within the GCC region.
