About Us:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic approach toward customers.
  • Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
  • Adhere to communication scripts and company guidelines.
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members for seamless service delivery.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work under pressure and during shifts, including weekends.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
