Call Center Job
We at alfanar, a Saudi company with an international presence, are looking for a call center employee to join our team. alfanar has a history dating back to 1976, where we operate in the manufacturing and trading of a variety of electrical products. Job Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Handling incoming and outgoing calls, and assisting customers with their inquiries.
  • Sales Support: Scheduling appointments for the sales team with interested customers and following up with potential clients.
  • Records and Reports: Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and interactions with clients.
  • Marketing Support: Supporting marketing campaigns by making promotional calls when needed.

Required Qualifications:
A diploma in management or another institute, with 0-2 years of experience.

Necessary Skills:
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and handle complaints.
  • Ability to work within a team.
