We are looking for customer service representatives to join our distinguished team, where we place great importance on accuracy and quality in all aspects of our work, and we consider the fine details the foundation of our success.

Working Hours:

  • Six days a week, eight hours a day.
  • The shift is in the evening from 3 PM to 11 PM.
  • The day off is determined by the direct manager.
  • The work is in an office located at the Swa Chocolate branch in the Al-Mohammadiyah neighborhood.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving all customer inquiries about products and services and responding to them quickly and accurately.
  • Handling incoming requests via phone or WhatsApp and accurately recording them in the system.
  • Following up with customers after purchases to ensure their satisfaction with the service provided.
  • Effectively and quickly dealing with complaints and feedback, ensuring they are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Coordinating with different departments to ensure the best possible service is provided.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with customers effectively.
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
