Role Overview: Pre Sell Salesman

The Pre Sell Salesman contributes to the sales department by managing customer relationships and facilitating sales operations. This role involves direct interaction with retailers to ensure product availability, manage pricing, and implement promotional activities in line with company objectives. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
• Facilitate product listing processes, price adjustments, and updates.
• Execute sales of all approved national promotions.
• Negotiate retailer-specific promotions as instructed by the manager and as agreed upon periodically.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School Certificate is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in FMCG sales or key accounts.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Demonstrated strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in reporting, communication, and MS Office applications.
• Possession of strong interpersonal skills, punctuality, and discipline.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player.
