• Supervising the preparation and provision of ingredients and orders according to the restaurant's standards. • Supervising the preparation of food and beverages according to the required quality in the restaurant. • Monitoring workers to maintain public cleanliness, especially in the kitchen and work tools continuously. • Ensuring that workers adhere to food safety and health procedures. • Requesting and receiving inventory, organizing it, and ensuring the availability of essential materials.
