At IHG Hotels & Resorts, we are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service are maintained in our hotel. Your role will be pivotal in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Control and communicate room status with the front desk.
• Ensure safe work habits and participate in safety committees.
• Inspect and maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas, including guest rooms and public spaces.
• Enforce procedures for guest lost and found items.
• Conduct inventories and manage supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Provide ongoing training to staff and assist in payroll and cost control.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of housekeeping experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Physical fitness is essential for this role due to lifting and moving heavy items.
• Must have a flexible attitude towards shift work, including nights and weekends.
