About the Role

Procore Technologies is seeking a Commercial Solutions Engineer SA to join its Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering team. This contract position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of experience. The role involves serving as a technical subject matter expert throughout the acquisition sales cycle across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), partnering with regional sales teams and construction leaders to articulate Procore’s value proposition and drive platform adoption.

Role Context and Purpose

The Commercial Solutions Engineer will collaborate with Account Executives, Product Specialists, and Customer Success teams to deliver value-based technical demonstrations. The primary objective is to address complex business challenges faced by prospects and demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of digitizing project management processes. This role is instrumental in modernizing KSA's construction ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre-sales technical support for prospects and partners across KSA, from initial contact through product demonstration and close.
• Develop value-based product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to local customer business challenges to accelerate Procore platform adoption.
• Work closely with the regional Account Executive team to secure new business by resolving technical, integration, and process hurdles for prospects.
• Advocate for customers, assisting Saudi construction organizations in adopting international best practices for digital project management.
• Coordinate internal and external technical resources to support complex sales cycles and technical responses to RFPs.
• Train and enable new regional Account Executives to become proficient in Procore products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to integrate local market feedback into Procore's product roadmap.

Required Experience and Skills

• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Deep technical aptitude combined with knowledge of the construction industry.
• Consultative presentation skills to effectively communicate value propositions.

Reporting and Location

This position reports to the Director of Solutions Engineering. The role is based in Procore's Riyadh office, with an initial Employer of Record (EOR) arrangement. The company is seeking an immediate start for this role.
