Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze actual cost reports, compare them with budgeted costs.
Monitor material movements and inventory to determine production costs.
Record operating expenses and allocate them to the correct cost centers.
Prepare monthly cost reports, analyze variances, and suggest corrective actions.
Help prepare and monitor annual budgets.
Review and post cost-related journal entries for accuracy.
Coordinate with production and purchasing departments for data accuracy.
Assist in developing cost accounting systems and improving internal controls.
Prepare periodic management reports on production costs and profitability.
