Responsibilities:
  • Oversee cost control, budgeting, and financial forecasting for projects.
  • Monitor project finances to ensure adherence to budgets.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to optimize financial performance.

Requirements:
  • 5–9 years of experience in cost control or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Proven experience in construction, with a preference for EPC project backgrounds.
  • Strong knowledge of cost control methods and financial monitoring.
  • Candidates currently residing in KSA are preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of project cost control concepts (COGS, accruals, commitments, revenue recognition).
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with project planning and scheduling tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Certifications such as CCP (Certified Cost Professional) or PMP are an advantage.
