Digital Performance Marketer (Part-time / Freelance with the possibility of full-time later)

Luxury e-commerce | Fashion | Sponsored Ads


💼 Required Tasks

  • Managing sponsored campaigns on Meta (Facebook / Instagram), preferably also Snapchat or TikTok

  • Creating creative ads in collaboration with a content designer or using product pictures

  • Performance analysis and suggesting regular improvements (CPC, ROAS, CTR, etc.)

  • Providing recommendations for improving pages (landing page, offers, credibility)

  • Providing weekly reports of performance and analytics

📌 Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing advertising campaigns for products or e-commerce stores (preferably in luxury or fashion)

  • A deep understanding of performance metrics and ways to improve them

  • The ability to write attractive ads and select effective images

  • Good understanding of short-form platforms (Reels, TikTok)

  • Practical and results-oriented mentality, knowing how to achieve results with limited budgets

✅ Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in managing advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram (Meta Ads Manager)

  • A deep understanding of performance metrics: CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM, Conversion Rate

  • The ability to write engaging copy aimed at high-end product audiences

  • Experience working on Snapchat and TikTok ads (and Google is a plus)

  • Understanding the nature of marketing for luxury brands and high-end products

  • Knowledge of the basics of improving landing pages and user experience

  • The ability to analyze data and make decisions based on numbers

  • Using tools like:

    • Google Analytics or Meta Insights for reporting

    • General knowledge of e-commerce store systems

  • Ability to work independently and be self-disciplined without requiring excessive direct supervision!

  • Flexibility to collaborate with design and sales teams

⏱️ Duration and Type of Work

  • Part-time (1015 hours per week to start)

  • Freelance / Remote Collaborator

  • In case of successful work, there is an opportunity to join full-time after closing the next funding round

💰 Financial Compensation

  • Flexible and negotiable based on experience (monthly or hourly)

  • If full-time later: fixed salary + additional benefits

Qualifications:
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in procurement or logistics.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
