We are looking for a person whose mind is strategic before being advertising. He understands the market, analyzes customers, builds offers, designs complete growth paths, and transforms the store from random movement to a clear and escalating marketing system. His role is not to run campaigns; his role is driving growth.


Tasks and Responsibilities

1) Building the Marketing Strategy

  • Analyzing the market, audience, customer journey, and competitors to build a complete growth plan.

  • Defining the brand's position in the market and formulating the core marketing message.

  • Building strong offers that increase conversions and raise Average Order Value (AOV).

  • Designing a clear funnel from the first interaction to repurchase.

2) Leading the Growth System

  • Setting clear monthly goals based on data (CAC – ROAS – LTV – Retention).

  • Managing priorities and experiments (Experimentation Roadmap).

  • Identifying improvement opportunities in: content – pages – product – customer service – pricing.

3) Managing and Analyzing Advertising Campaigns

  • Full supervision of campaigns (Meta – TikTok – Google – Snapchat) and directing them according to the strategy.

  • Making clear daily decisions to improve results based on analysis, not intuition.

4) Communicating and Following Up with Clients

  • Setting a weekly execution plan for the client and following up on it.

  • Discussing with the client confidently about challenges, opportunities, and tough decisions.


Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience in e-commerce (at least one store that he worked with and actually increased its sales).

  • Clear ability to build marketing strategies from scratch.

  • Deep understanding of the customer cycle, funnels, offers, pricing, and retention.

  • Experience in reading and analyzing data and making impactful decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills and strong client relationship management.

  • Growth mindset, not an "advertising technician" mindset.

  • Thinks of the goal before the platform.

  • Sees marketing as a complete system, not just an advertisement.

  • Proactive, knows how to take responsibility and act without waiting for instructions.


Requirements

  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Beginner in English
