Digital Printing Technician

 Job Opening: Admin / Procurement / Accounting Assistan.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin / Procurement / Accounting Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administrative tasks and office coordination
• Manage procurement processes (RFQs, supplier coordination, purchase orders)
• Assist in accounting tasks (invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking)
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Prepare reports and support management as needed

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools
• Experience in procurement and basic accounting is a plus
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate
• Knowledge with ERP system ( Oodo is preferable)

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality beverages, including coffee and tea.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation area.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance guest experiences.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and restock inventory as required.

• Proficiency in Barista skills and food preparation techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and effective communication abilities.
• Experience in customer service with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality.
• Basic math skills with experience in handling cash transactions.
• Previous experience in a coffee shop or food service environment is a plus.

• Design high-quality visual content for digital and print mediums, including social media, campaigns, branding materials, and promotional assets.
• Develop creative concepts that align with Audiom’s brand identity and direction.
• Collaborate closely with Creative and Production teams to translate audio concepts into compelling visuals.
• Create artwork for music releases including covers, thumbnails, and playlists across various platforms.
• Design motion graphics or simple animations for social media and video content.
• Ensure consistency across all visual outputs in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with design trends.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Prepare final files for production, publishing, or digital distribution.
• Adapt designs based on feedback from internal teams.
• Support campaigns, launches, and events with creative visual assets.
• Maintain organized design files and assets for easy access and reuse.

• Strong knowledge of Graphic Design tools and software.
• Strong understanding and implementation of Typography principles.
• High attention to detail and creativity in producing top-quality designs.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Knowledge of audio production or media-related design work is a plus.
