 Job Opening: Admin / Procurement / Accounting Assistan.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin / Procurement / Accounting Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia💼 Employment Type: Full-time

🔧 Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle daily administrative tasks and office coordination
  • Manage procurement processes (RFQs, supplier coordination, purchase orders)
  • Assist in accounting tasks (invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking)
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Prepare reports and support management as needed


✅ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools
  • Experience in procurement and basic accounting is a plus
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Currently based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate
  • Knowledge with ERP system ( Oodo is preferable)
