Join Alfaisal University as an Administrative Assistant!
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support the Undergraduate office within the College of Business. This multifaceted role is essential to managing day-to-day operations and ensuring a positive learning environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate between teaching administrative coordinators and the undergraduate office for smooth operations.
  • Attend assigned classes to assist instructors and manage class dynamics.
  • Organize and distribute class materials such as notes and case studies.
  • Monitor student behaviors and exam regulations for special needs.
  • Communicate effectively with IT and Facilities to ensure classroom readiness.
  • Schedule and oversee office activities while maintaining clear communication with faculty and students.
  • Assist in organizing orientations, graduation ceremonies, and other college events.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent. Additionally, a minimum of two years of professional experience in an educational institution or a related field is required.
