Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Procurement Department

Company: The Arab Integrated Company for Trade and Contracting is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our procurement department. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with procurement and supply procedures while assisting with various administrative operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and follow up on procurement requests.
  • Input data and organize supplier files and invoices.
  • Coordinate with management regarding material requirements.
  • Prepare simple reports using Excel.
  • Support the procurement team in daily operations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Recent graduate or basic experience in administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Previous experience in contracting companies is preferred.
