Job Opening: Admin / Procurement / Accounting Assistan.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin / Procurement / Accounting Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks and office coordination
- Manage procurement processes (RFQs, supplier coordination, purchase orders)
- Assist in accounting tasks (invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking)
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Prepare reports and support management as needed
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools
- Experience in procurement and basic accounting is a plus
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate
- Knowledge with ERP system ( Oodo is preferable)
