Director, Assets Security Design & Delivery at Qiddiya

Qiddiya is seeking a Director - Assets Security Design & Delivery to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time leadership role is central to establishing and maintaining robust security infrastructures across all Qiddiya assets, ensuring protection against evolving threats.

Role Overview

The Director will oversee the strategic design, development, and delivery of comprehensive security solutions for Qiddiya's diverse physical and digital assets. This position requires a leader capable of integrating advanced security practices, technology frameworks, and operational policies. The successful candidate will collaborate across departments to build resilient security infrastructures that align with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver secure environments supporting Qiddiya's innovative growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of asset security design and delivery strategies aligned with organizational objectives and risk management frameworks.
• Oversee the integration of physical and cybersecurity measures to protect Qiddiya's diverse assets.
• Establish standards, policies, and guidelines for security design and implementation across multiple asset types.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture, IT, and operational teams to ensure cohesive and effective security solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and partnerships to ensure the delivery of high-quality security products and services.
• Monitor emerging trends and technologies in security to continuously enhance the security posture of company assets.
• Lead incident response planning and coordinate recovery efforts related to asset security breaches.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing security design and delivery team capable of meeting evolving security challenges.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in security design, delivery, and leadership, ideally within large-scale asset environments.
• Extensive knowledge of physical security systems, cybersecurity technologies, and integration approaches.
• Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive security frameworks and policies.

Required Skills and Certifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations governing asset security.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CPP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
