Ultimate Peaks is conducting a confidential search for a major Saudi logistics and transport group. The client is seeking to appoint a Director, Organisation and Reward, a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This role is central to defining how jobs are structured, evaluated, compensated, and measured across the group.

Key Responsibilities

The Director, Organisation and Reward will be responsible for establishing and overseeing critical frameworks that govern the organisation's approach to its workforce. This position holds significant influence in setting the standards for how employees are compensated and assessed.

• Developing job architecture, job evaluation methodologies, and the overall grade structure.
• Designing compensation and benefits programs, establishing pay ranges, and managing the annual review process.
• Implementing performance management cycles, calibration processes, and rating standards.
• Leading organisation design initiatives, including structure, spans of control, and hierarchical layers.
• Preparing and submitting reward proposals to the board remuneration committee.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of organisational design and reward strategies, capable of influencing and implementing group-wide standards. This role requires a professional who can navigate complex discussions and drive strategic initiatives in a large corporate environment.
