About the Role

Al Majed *** is seeking an E commerce Visual Presentation Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on enhancing the visual appeal and functionality of our e-commerce platforms to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.

Role Purpose and Objectives

The primary objective of this position is to improve product presentation across all e-commerce platforms and applications. The supervisor will be responsible for increasing user engagement, enhancing the overall user experience, and boosting conversion rates through strategic visual merchandising and content management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in e-commerce visual presentations, specifically within perfume or retail companies.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage product display and organization across the website, including homepages, category pages, and individual product pages. This involves selecting and ordering appropriate images, ensuring clear product descriptions, accurate pricing, and offer visibility.
• Optimize the user experience (UX) to facilitate browsing and purchasing. Analyze user behavior data and propose improvements to page design and navigation.
• Design and refine value propositions and promotional offers based on market trends, competitor analysis, and internal margin targets. Develop personalized offers using customer segmentation data to increase Average Order Value (AOV) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
• Collaborate with the Finance department to ensure commercial viability of all propositions and alignment with inventory health. Manage the promotional calendar, balancing ongoing offers with high-impact seasonal events.
• Oversee digital product placement to ensure optimal visibility for high-margin or high-priority items. Utilize data-driven insights to refine category hierarchies, search functionality, and cross-sell/up-sell modules.
• Monitor stock levels in real-time and adjust merchandising tactics to manage overstock or highlight new arrivals. Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, maintaining high standards for product imagery, descriptions, and pricing accuracy.
• Lead marketing campaigns, ensuring all assets align with the core proposition and launch on schedule. Coordinate with Creative and Media teams to produce high-converting campaign collateral for email, social media, and web displays.
• Conduct A/B testing on campaign variables such as messaging, mechanics, and visuals to identify effective conversion drivers. Synthesize complex data into actionable insights for post-campaign reporting, presenting key outcomes to senior leadership.
• Supervise visual content, including images, banners, and videos, ensuring alignment with the brand's visual identity. Coordinate with designers and photographers for content creation.
• Optimize product titles and descriptions for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) by using appropriate keywords to improve product visibility in search results.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in e-commerce visual presentations.
• Demonstrated experience specifically within perfume or retail companies.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics for performance monitoring.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
