Electrical Project Manager

About the Role

Surbana Jurong is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring over 10 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of HV and MV substation projects, managing all project phases from design and procurement through construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Project Management Focus

This role demands strong technical expertise combined with robust project management capabilities. The Electrical Project Manager will oversee complex projects, ensuring successful outcomes by effectively managing various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, utilities, and multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of HV and MV substation projects across Saudi Arabia.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Manage client, utility, contractor, and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, relevant standards, and regulatory approvals.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to clients and management.
• Lead project meetings and resolve technical and commercial issues.
• Support multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical project management, specifically with HV and MV substation projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage all phases of large-scale electrical projects.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic environment, collaborating with various internal and external teams to ensure project success.
