Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee our electrical team and ensure that all electrical installations and maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical technicians and other team members.
  • Plan and schedule electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Inspect electrical systems and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
  • Valid electrical supervisor license or certification.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and codes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership and supervisory skills to manage a team of electricians.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with other departments and external vendors.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure work is done to specifications.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to electrical work.
  • Experience in maintaining electrical equipment and systems.
