About the Role
DXC Technology is seeking an Executive Assistant/Receptionist for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is crucial for establishing the initial impression of the business and providing essential support to three senior leaders, including the Country Lead. The position requires a proactive individual capable of managing front-of-house duties while simultaneously supporting executive needs in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
The role encompasses two primary areas of responsibility:
- Reception and Office Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, manage incoming communications (calls, emails, deliveries), coordinate meeting room bookings, oversee visitor access, and maintain the tidiness of reception and common office areas. This includes handling general office inquiries and liaising with facilities and IT departments as needed.
- Executive Assistant Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to three senior executives. This involves managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, arranging travel, processing expenses and invoices, and tracking action items and deadlines. The role also requires acting as a trusted liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should possess the following essential qualifications:
- Proven experience in a receptionist, Executive Assistant, or office support role.
- The ability to work on a full-time, daily basis from the office.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and visitors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and expense management tools (*, Concur).

Desirable experience includes supporting multiple executives concurrently, a background in corporate or professional services, and fluency in both English and Arabic. The role requires a hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented working style, with a high degree of reliability, discretion, and trustworthiness. The ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities is essential, alongside maintaining an engaged presence within the office.
