Position Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to four senior executives. A successful candidate will exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills, proactively handling diverse tasks with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle communications, including calls and emails.
  • Draft and finalize correspondence and documents.
  • Plan complex domestic and international travel.
  • Prepare expense reports and monitor initiatives.
  • Support various team functions and liaise with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Minimum five years' experience in an administrative role within the financial sector.
  • Preferred college degree.
  • High level of discretion in managing confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptive environment.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership
• Proven experience in a corporate or multinational environment is preferred.
