Join our dynamic team as an Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage at Adeera Hospitality!
As a leader in our Food & Beverage division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping service culture, driving innovation, and ensuring memorable guest experiences aligned with our brand's philosophy of BELONG–GATHER–DREAM.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across the Food & Beverage division.
  • Assist the Hotel Manager and General Manager in coordinating aspects of operations.
  • Drive revenues, control expenses, and ensure profitability of outlets.
  • Lead and train colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.

Operational Excellence:
Ensure quality and consistency of service standards, conduct regular operational reviews, and optimize workflows in collaboration with outlet managers.

Financial Accountability:
Oversee budgeting and financial planning, ensuring outlet profitability and cost-efficiency while driving new revenue initiatives.

People & Culture:
Build a high-performance leadership team, support succession planning, and promote a culture of development and training within the F&B division.

Requirements:
Essentials include a management qualification (hotel or business school) and over 3 years of senior F&B leadership experience in a luxury multi-venue environment.
