At شركة عنان العقارية, we strive for excellence in the real estate sector. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Executive Secretary to support our executive team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
  • Screen calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring appropriate follow-up and delegation.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for documents, records, and reports.
  • Ensure all correspondence and documentation are handled with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Manage office supplies and oversee office operations to support executive functions.
  • Act as a bridge between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and send professional correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Coordinate with departments, clients, and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Assist in planning and executing corporate events, board meetings, and conferences.
  • Support executives in special projects, including research, presentations, and reports.
  • Track project deadlines and ensure deliverables are met on time.
  • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
  • Ensure all executive actions comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an executive support role.

  • Maintain and organize executive files, records, and documents.

Continuous Improvement
