About the Role

W Hotels is seeking a guest-focused F&B Service Expert to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, non-management position focuses on creating memorable dining experiences for guests. The F&B Service Expert will be responsible for ensuring guests enjoy their meals and the overall dining experience by delivering a range of services and taking initiative to meet guest needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meals and the overall dining experience.
  • Take initiative in anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.
  • Set tables according to W Hotels' standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team regarding orders and guest preferences.
  • Interact with guests in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
  • Ensure all transactions are handled seamlessly as part of the guest experience.
  • Contribute to creating a safe workplace for all associates and guests.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Uphold W Hotels' quality standards in all aspects of service.
  • Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A high school diploma or *** equivalent is preferred.
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory experience is necessary for this role.
  • No specific licenses or certifications are required.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
  • Ability to read and visually verify menu information.
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
