Job Overview:
Climatech Chargers is looking for a Financial Accountant with practical experience in the Saudi market, responsible for managing and operating all accounting and financial tasks of the company, while contributing to the establishment and organization of the accounting and finance department professionally.
The candidate will be responsible for the complete accounting cycle, preparing financial reports, managing cash flows, following up with clients and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax requirements within the Kingdom.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete accounting cycle from recording daily entries to monthly closing and preparing financial reports.
  • Manage general accounts, receivables and payables, follow up on dues and collections and payments.
  • Prepare and review invoices, receipts, payment orders, and financial documents and ensure their accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and match accounts regularly.
  • Monitor operating expenses and control costs and raise periodic reports to management.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow reports, and analyze performance and financial position.
  • Prepare salaries and financial entitlements for employees in coordination with management.
  • Follow up on Value Added Tax, electronic invoicing, and related financial and regulatory obligations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and accounting firms and prepare the required files and documents for auditing.
  • Contribute to the establishment of internal financial and regulatory policies and procedures and improve the efficiency of financial work.
  • Organize and archive accounting and financial records and documents accurately.
  • Support management in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow plans.

Qualifications and Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Practical experience in financial accounting within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience in managing the complete accounting cycle, monthly closing, and preparing financial reports.
  • Strong familiarity with Value Added Tax, electronic invoicing, and related regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in managing salaries and entitlements and dealing with platforms and relevant parties.
  • Good knowledge of receivables and payables, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
  • Proficiency in using Excel and accounting systems and ERP software.
  • Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for financial duties.
  • Strong organizational, accuracy, follow-up, and reporting skills for management.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in establishing or organizing an accounting and finance department in a small or medium-sized company.
  • Experience in contracting, supply, projects, or technical and operational companies.
  • Knowledge in preparing budgets, administrative reports, and analyzing financial variances.
  • Experience in a fast-growing work environment that requires high flexibility and responsibility.

Requirements

-Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the furniture, interior solutions, or fit-out industry.

-Existing relationships with enterprise and government accounts.

-Connections with PIF entities, giga-projects, or related stakeholders is highly preferred.

-Strong understanding of project-based selling and tendering processes.

-Proven ability to generate and close large furniture supply or interior projects.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

-Excellent attitude, ownership mindset, and strong work ethic are the most important qualities for this role.
