Roles and Responsibilities:

• Execute the company’s marketing strategy and ensure effective implementation across all channels.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities and campaigns in line with business goals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and scopes of work with marketing agencies and external vendors.
• Manage relationships with marketing agencies to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements when required.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and company standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives.
• Manage assigned marketing budgets and control related costs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing.
• Strong negotiation skills, especially with marketing agencies and vendors.
• Proven ability to execute marketing strategies and activities effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

About the Role:
In this hands-on position, you will leverage your expertise in e-commerce platform management, campaign optimization, and data analytics. You will support our marketing efforts to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions, playing a key role in our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

• E-Commerce Platform Management: Oversee product catalogs and optimize user experience.
• Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Analytics & Reporting: Develop performance dashboards and provide actionable insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside design and product teams to create compelling marketing content.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or startup environments.
• Proven experience with e-commerce platforms and managing paid campaigns.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and valid authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.

Compensation: Starting salary of 2,000 SAR/month during probation, increasing to 7,500 SAR/month based on performance.
