About the Role:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will collaborate closely with finance business partners and the accounting team. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing various financial activities such as financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. You will also ensure the accuracy and integrity of SGG financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Monitor budget-to-actual variances and provide insights for financial performance improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial projections and long-term financial plans.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles and regulations.
  • Support internal and external audit processes.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, identifying trends and risks.
  • Present reports to management with key findings and recommendations.
  • Streamline financial processes and leverage technology for efficiency.

Qualifications & Key Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • +5 years’ experience in accounting or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with advanced accounting software knowledge.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of One Stream, SAP & Power BI is advantageous).
  • Familiarity with US GAAP and/or IFRS is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
