Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial models for PPP and real estate projects.
Drive budgeting and forecasting cycles aligned with project milestones.
Design management dashboards for executive reporting.
Conduct variance analyses and prepare detailed sensitivity reports.
Partner with project teams to assess financial impacts of changes.
Support compliance with financial covenants in reporting.
Contribute to strategic presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master’s preferred).
Professional Qualification (CPA/CA/ACCA/CFA) is required.
5-8 years of experience in financial planning & analysis in relevant sectors.
Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and dashboarding.
