Are you passionate about financial management and looking to take your career to the next level? At International Water Distribution Co. (Tawzea), we are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end financial accounting and reporting operations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, monthly management reports, and annual budgets.
  • Oversee general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
  • Manage VAT implementation and compliance, including submissions to ZATCA.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure clean audit outcomes.
  • Develop financial models and cash flow forecasts to maintain liquidity.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in financial accounting, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong experience in IFRS and SOCPA frameworks.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Advanced financial reporting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
