We are looking for a talented Finance Manager to lead our financial operations at FalakCart, a leading e-commerce platform that empowers merchants to achieve online success. This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire financial function, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while supporting decision-making in our fast-growing digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all financial operations including accounting, reporting, and month-end/year-end closings.
• Manage financial activities related to our marketplace, including customer wallets, commission structures, vendor payouts, and affiliate settlements.
• Ensure accuracy in financial reconciliations across systems, payment gateways, and bank accounts.
• Supervise online payments and manage treasury activities.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and develop ongoing financial forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance through variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and local financial requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to support strategic decision-making and expansion plans.
• Manage and develop the finance team, promoting accuracy and accountability.

Qualifications:

• 8–12 years of experience in finance/accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or relevant certification is a plus).
• Proficiency in Financial Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Analysis.
• Strong understanding of Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, and Compliance.
• Experience in Risk Management and Cash Flow Management.
• Hands-on experience with payment gateways and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulations (VAT / ZATCA).
• Fluency in Arabic & English is essential.
