مقدمة: تسعى شركة الزكري العقارية، واحدة من أبرز شركات التطوير والإستثمار العقاري في المملكة منذ 1948، إلى تعيين مدير مالي ذو خبرة في الفريق المالي. المنصب يتطلب القدرة على الإشراف على العمليات المالية والمحاسبية وضمان الالتزام بالأنظمة السعودية.

المتطلبات:

  • بكالوريوس أو أعلى في المحاسبة أو المالية، مع شهادة مهنية معتمدة (مثل CMA أو CPA).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المجال المالي، منها خبرة في شركات التطوير العقاري والمقاولات بالسعودية.
  • إلمام شامل بالأنظمة المالية والضريبية السعودية (الزكاة، القيمة المضافة، قوانين العمل والعقود).
  • مهارة عالية في إعداد العروض المالية وتحليلها والتفاوض مع الجهات المختلفة.
  • الإلمام بأنظمة الصناديق العقارية وخبرة في تمويل المشاريع العقارية وفق الأنظمة المعتمدة.
  • إجادة أنظمة ERP وExcel وPowerPoint لإعداد تقارير وعروض مالية دقيقة.
  • مهارات قيادية لإدارة الفريق المالي واتخاذ قرارات استراتيجية.

المهام الوظيفية:

  • الإشراف على كافة العمليات المالية والمحاسبية وضمان الالتزام بالأنظمة السعودية.
  • إعداد التقارير المالية والعروض الدورية لمجلس الإدارة أو الشركاء.
  • وضع الموازنات السنوية ومتابعة الأداء المالي وضبط المصروفات.
  • إدارة العلاقة مع الجهات الرسمية كهيئة الزكاة والضرائب والبنوك.
  • تطوير السياسات المالية وتعزيز نظام الرقابة الداخلية.
  • دعم الإدارات الأخرى ماليًا في المشاريع والعقود.
  • بناء علاقات مهنية مع العملاء والموردين والمستثمرين حسب الحاجة.
