About the Job:
As a Financial Analysis Specialist at FNRCO, you will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and approving bank guarantees, standby documentary credits, and letters of credit. This role is crucial to ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations while engaging closely with various departments including Compliance, Legal, and Credit Risk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve Bank Guarantees, Standby DCs, and Letters of Credit per bank policies.
  • Ensure compliance with UCP 600, ISP98, URDG 758, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with Compliance and Legal teams to address documentation issues.
  • Identify and escalate operational gaps in trade finance transactions.
  • Monitor market developments and advise management on impacts.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on trade finance products.
  • Support process improvements within the trade finance function.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees.
  • Strong expertise in Guarantees, SBLCs, and Documentary Credits.
  • Experience working with Compliance and Credit Risk teams.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Banking or financial institution background is required.

  • Professional certifications such as CMA and IFRS Certification are preferred.
