A specialized company in the field of import, supply, and installation wishes to appoint a financial accounting manager with high competence and professional experience to lead the financial and accounting department and oversee all financial activities to ensure the company's financial position is sound, and support senior management with the necessary financial information and analyses to make strategic decisions. Tasks and Responsibilities: Complete supervision of the company's daily accounting and financial operations. Preparing periodic and annual financial statements and reports according to the approved accounting standards. Preparing and following up on estimated budgets and cash flows and analyzing variances. Managing supplier and customer accounts, especially related to import operations and contracts. Monitoring costs associated with supply and installation and analyzing project profitability. Ensuring compliance with applicable financial, tax, and legal regulations. Coordinating with external auditors and relevant official entities. Providing financial recommendations to senior management to improve financial performance and reduce risks. Supervising the accounting team and developing its professional competence.

  • Hands-on capability in pricing, costing, and proposals/commercial evaluation.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial systems or ERP; strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management; confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • English required; Arabic preferred.

Preferred / Nice-to-have
  • Professional certification (SOCPA / CPA / ACCA / CMA) is a plus.
  • Experience with project-based accounting for IT services.
  • Exposure to bid management and revenue recognition concepts.
  • Experience enhancing finance policies/SOPs and automating reporting.
