Role Overview:
As a Sales Supervisor II, you will play a critical role in driving the growth objectives of Almarai by optimizing the sales and distribution of our bakery products in your designated area. You will lead a team of salesmen, ensuring adherence to operational policies and maintaining the highest sales and merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Optimize sales performance and drive growth in the designated area.

Requirements:
  • College Diploma.
  • 2 years of sales experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Basic written and spoken English skills.
