Looking for a General Accountant to handle financial transactions, prepare accurate financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards of restaurant . Responsibilities include managing accounts payable/receivable, conducting monthly reconciliations, and assisting with budget preparation and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage and process financial deposits efficiently.
• Monitor daily financial transactions ensuring accuracy.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality; conduct database backups as necessary.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.
• Track payments to internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses related to deposits.
• Assist in managing company cash flow and maintaining financial records.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and deposit processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Help prepare financial analysis and budget reports.
• Support audit preparation and compliance tasks.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Must be registered in the Tamheer program through the HRDF portal.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Saudi nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• No prior work experience (registered with GOSI as unemployed for the last 6 months).
• Not previously enrolled in Tamheer.
