Leftfield Solutions is collaborating with a prominent international Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and F&B group that operates numerous stores throughout Saudi Arabia and the GCC. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to oversee daily financial management in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records using the ERP system.
  • Support month-end closing processes.
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Handle financial reconciliations including bank and cash management.
  • Monitor aged payables and receivables to facilitate cash flow.
  • Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and support audits.
  • Assist with finance and reporting requirements as needed.

Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in QSR, F&B, or high-volume retail settings.
  • Proficient in AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
  • Adept at working in a high-volume operational environment.
  • Strong skills in Excel and ERP systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and team-oriented approach.

The candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English, possess proficiency in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and account reconciliation, and demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems, familiarity with financial regulations and audit processes, and effective communication and problem-solving abilities are key to succeeding in this role.
