General Accountant

A specialized restaurant company announces its desire to hire a senior accountant for a full-time position, with practical experience in accounting and managing the financial systems of restaurants.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a financial specialty
• At least 3 years of experience in restaurant accounting.
• Previously worked in Saudi Arabia and currently located in the region.
• Actual experience with Foodex systems and Qayd program (a basic requirement)🛑
• Advanced level in Excel

Tasks:

• Recording daily sales and purchases
• Bank reconciliations
• Monitoring advances, loans, and expenses
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports (sales, expenses, profits and losses)
• Reviewing discounts for delivery applications and submitting them to management
• Preparing payroll and tax statements monthly
• Managing cost accounting (Recipe Costing), which includes:
‑ Registering product recipes and linking them to raw materials
‑ Calculating the cost of each item.
‑ Monitoring consumption, waste, and updating prices according to actual costs.
