Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and review of monthly and annual financial statements for the company.

  • Monitoring payments and receivables for clients and suppliers and ensuring they match the contracts.

  • Managing petty cash and daily operational expenses for the office.

  • Monitoring salaries and entitlements for employees and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

  • Preparation of financial reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.

  • Coordinating with government entities such as the Zakat and Income Authority regarding taxes and zakat.

  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and financial laws both locally and internationally.

  • Qualifications and Requirements:

    • A university degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.

    • Practical experience of no less than [two years or more] in the field of accounting.

    • Knowledge of Saudi and international accounting standards (IFRS).

    • Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Zoho, or local software).

    • High skill in Excel and financial data analysis.

    • Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work under strict deadlines.

    • Skills in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.

  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Expert or Advanced in English
