Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately record daily journal entries in a timely manner.
  • Review invoices and expenses while reconciling accounts.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Prepare monthly and periodic financial reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and account closing.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and monitor financial transactions.
  • Support internal and external audit processes.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and accounting standards.
  • Strong accuracy, organizational skills, and team capability.
