Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually engaging project reports, including status updates and performance summaries.
• Develop standardized templates for reports, presentations, and documentation for consistency.
• Create compelling visual aids such as infographics, charts, and diagrams.
• Collaborate with PMO teams to gather requirements for design solutions.
• Enhance presentations incorporating visuals that clarify information.
• Design user-friendly dashboards and tools for project performance insights.
• Ensure alignment with the organization’s branding across all PMO deliverables.
• Support change management initiatives with visual materials.
• Improve layout and visual clarity of project documentation.
• Produce digital and print communication materials to inform stakeholders.
• Monitor and refine visual content based on feedback for efficiency.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Experience in designing visual content for projects, ideally in Construction or related sectors.
• Extensive experience in visual solutions for project controls elements.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative approaches.
• Advanced knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office).
• Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
