Why This Role Matters: We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role is essential for creating high-performing sponsored and paid advertising creatives across digital platforms. Your main focus will be to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling ad creatives that boost engagement and conversions while maintaining strong brand consistency.

Location: Open globally, candidates must have at least 5 hours overlap with KSA working hours. Hybrid working in countries where Calo has offices (KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman); otherwise, fully remote.

What You’ll Do:
  • Design impactful sponsored ad creatives for digital platforms like Meta and Google.
  • Translate campaign objectives into compelling visual concepts.
  • Produce variations for A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Adapt creatives for different formats and placements.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to understand goals and audiences.
  • Optimize creatives based on insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Maintain organized design files for efficient workflows.
  • Stay updated on digital advertising trends to enhance creative effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Proven experience designing paid social or digital ads.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of social media ad formats.
  • Ability to deliver high volumes of quality creatives quickly.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Experience working in fast-paced marketing environments.
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing and A/B testing is a plus.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant design work must be submitted.
