About the Role:
We are looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with video editing capabilities to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visual content and editing videos that are engaging, high-quality, and aligned with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative content for social media, websites, advertisements, and print.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, promotional campaigns, and internal use.
• Develop fresh and innovative visual concepts to enhance brand visibility.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to meet project deadlines.
• Adapt and resize existing designs and videos for different platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design and video editing.

Requirements:

• Proven graphic design and video editing experience (Portfolio Required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Video Editing: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (or similar tools)
• Strong understanding of visual composition, color, typography, and motion.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in animation and motion graphics is a plus.

Essential Requirements

• Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and deliver high-quality results independently
• Well-organized, responsive, and able to manage competing priorities
• Comfortable working in a structured, corporate environment
• Strong attention to detail, including portfolio presentation and file hygiene

Preferred Experience

• Recent experience working in or with a built environment consultancy (* project management, architecture, engineering)
• Familiarity with corporate brand communication and B2B design requirements
