Position Overview: As a Fitness Center Attendant at Sheraton Riyadh Hotel & Towers, you will play a vital role in ensuring the enjoyment and safety of our guests during their recreational activities. You will serve as a central resource for all recreation activities facilitated on the property, promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities, including pools, fitness centers, and child activity centers.
  • Encourage and schedule guest participation in recreational activities.
  • Observe activities and respond appropriately in case of emergencies.
  • Ensure cleanliness of recreational facilities and assist with private functions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies while ensuring a professional appearance.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.


Required Qualifications:
  • CPR Certification and First Aid Certification.
  • Any required certification or training by local agencies.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 25 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in SaaS, LMS, or enterprise technology.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of the Saudi corporate and government market is a strong advantage.
• Passion for AI, digital learning, and innovation.
