Join Our Team as a Human Resources Clerk!
We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Human Resources professionals who take pride in delivering extraordinary levels of customer service and providing creative solutions to our employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and carry out all tasks related to the preparation of forms, letters, and applications for various transactions.
  • Work closely with the Government Relations Officer in preparing the required forms for processing visas, permits, registrations, and renewals.
  • Monitor expiry dates of employee documents and ensure timely renewals.
  • Issue and control employee lockers, maintaining monthly records.
  • Scan relevant documents into the CID system and update data regularly.
  • Establish and maintain various filing systems and databases of business contacts.

Qualifications:
  • Degree in a related discipline with preferable previous experience.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in computerized payroll systems.
  • Fluent in English.

Skills and Competencies:
  • Helpful, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to think laterally and possess strong social skills.
  • Understanding of job responsibilities, taking responsibility, recognizing differences, customer focus, adaptability, and teamwork.
