Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain filing systems and office correspondence.
  • Handle phone calls, record messages, and assist walk-in candidates.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee records.
  • Respond to inquiries from employees regarding HR programs and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and provide support to team members.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or *** equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor.
