About the Role
Marabe Investment Company is seeking a Human Resources Operation Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in human resources operations.
Role Overview
The Human Resources Operation Specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining HR operational procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting employee services. This role involves managing employee data, overseeing attendance and leave processes, and contributing to recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement procedures, systems, and forms for monitoring employee attendance and all types of leaves, including annual, sick, and emergency leave.
- Ensure adherence to official working hours and apply the attendance monitoring system.
- Manage procedures for promotions, secondments, and end-of-service processes.
- Record all employee occurrences according to approved systems and procedures.
- Handle employee complaints, observations, requests, and inquiries professionally, escalating issues to the department manager as needed.
- Update and maintain employee information, including details on promotions, training, salaries, and benefits, and provide this information to the employee services team.
- Prepare specialized HR operations documents and reports, offering appropriate recommendations and solutions.
- Present and clarify HR reports and ensure they are saved in the designated database according to approved policies and procedures.
- Supervise recruitment processes.
Core Duties
- Develop and implement systems for tracking employee attendance and leave.
- Administer and enforce policies related to employee leaves and attendance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Manage and process HR-related documentation and reports.
- Provide professional support to employees regarding HR inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in human resources operations. A foundational understanding of HR procedures, systems, and employee relations is required.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
